The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This position requires a strong commitment to early childhood education, as well as the ability to engage and inspire students through creative teaching methods. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate curricula that promote learning, social skills, and emotional development. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of preschool-aged children. Educate children in various subjects, including basic literacy, numeracy, and social skills through interactive activities. Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and developmental milestones. Experience A background in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Experience working with children in daycare or preschool settings is highly desirable.
