Job Description
KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers for our Wake Forest learning center. In this role, you will design and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that foster curiosity, creativity, and school readiness for young children. You'll create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom, guide social-emotional development, and closely monitor each child's progress. Teachers partner with families through regular communication and collaborate with fellow educators. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood standards. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom activities. Collaborate with team members to develop and refine classroom curriculum. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety procedures. Support children's social-emotional development and positive behavior. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
