Early Childhood Educator - Leadership Growth Opportunity Steps & Stages Children's Center is looking for an energetic, dependable, and motivated Early Childhood Educator who truly LOVES working with children and wants to make a difference! We aren't just looking for someone to fill a position. The Person We're Looking For Our ideal educator is: A self-starter who sees what needs to be done and takes initiative Self-motivated and able to work successfully without constant supervision Loving, nurturing, patient, and passionate about children Creative, outgoing, energetic, and FUN A strong team player who understands that everyone works together for the success of our children and center Dependable, responsible, and consistent Able to think on their feet and make smart, appropriate decisions quickly Organized and able to manage classroom responsibilities independently Comfortable communicating professionally with families and coworkers Coachable and willing to learn, while also bringing their own ideas to the table Someone who takes pride and ownership in their classroom and responsibilities Interested in growing professionally and potentially moving into a leadership role
