In this role, you'll create a safe, nurturing classroom where young children learn through play, exploration, and structured activities. You will plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional growth, and build strong partnerships with families. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe, assess, and document children's growth and development. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom events. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and initiatives. Implement Kinder Care curriculum and adapt to individual learning needs. Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations. Support children's social-emotional development through positive guidance. Participate in professional development and continuous learning.
