Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Wendell Falls learning center. In this role, you'll create a safe, nurturing classroom where young children learn through play, exploration, and structured activities. You will plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional growth, and build strong partnerships with families. Collaborating with a caring team, you'll uphold licensing and safety standards while contributing to an inclusive culture that values diversity, professional growth, and the joy of inspiring children every day. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe, assess, and document children's growth and development. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom events. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and initiatives. Implement Kinder Care curriculum and adapt to individual learning needs. Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations. Support children's social-emotional development through positive guidance. Participate in professional development and continuous learning.
