Lead Teacher - Full-Time Lee's Early Learning Center - West End, NC Lee's Early Learning Center is looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic Full-Time Lead Teacher to join our team! We are seeking someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and wants to be part of a positive, supportive childcare environment.

Lead Teacher Full-Time |
Monday-Friday Available Shifts:
6:30 AM - 3:00 PM 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities and learning experiences Supervise and interact with children throughout the day Follow classroom schedules, curriculum, and center policies Maintain a clean and organized classroom Communicate professionally with parents and other staff members Complete required classroom documentation Support children's social, emotional, physical, and educational development Qualifications Previous childcare/early childhood experience required Early Childhood Education coursework or credentials are preferred, but not required Must be dependable, responsible, and able to work as part of a team Must be willing to complete a short online Early Childhood Education course if needed Must be able to pass a required background check successfully Must be willing to complete required training Reliable attendance and punctuality are very important On-the-job training is provided. Pay Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
