KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers for our Wilson KinderCare center to inspire and nurture young children. In this on-site role, you will design and lead developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. You will create a safe, inclusive classroom, communicate regularly with families, and collaborate with a supportive team. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Collaborate with center staff to develop and refine educational programs. Engage families through regular, supportive communication. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Prepare and organize classroom materials and learning centers. Participate in professional development and training.
