Overview We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our preschool team in various roles, including assistants, full-time teachers, and floaters. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in implementing daily classroom activities and educational programs tailored to preschool-aged children. Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth through engaging interactions and age-appropriate activities. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed at all times. Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play, meals, nap times, and other daily routines. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute creative learning experiences that promote curiosity and exploration. As a floater, provide flexible support across different classrooms as needed to ensure smooth daily operations. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and classroom updates. Follow all licensing regulations, safety guidelines, and center policies to ensure a secure environment for children and staff. Skills Prior experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect positively with children, parents, and team members. Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for early childhood education. Ability to follow instructions closely while demonstrating initiative when appropriate. Good organizational skills to manage daily routines efficiently. Flexibility to work in various roles such as assistant, teacher, or floater as needed throughout the day. Pay:
$13.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
