KinderCare seeks dedicated Teachers for our Wake Forest University learning center. In this on-site role, you'll create a safe, nurturing classroom where young children learn, explore, and grow. You will plan and lead developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional skills, and maintain positive, ongoing communication with families. Teachers collaborate with colleagues, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and participate in professional development, contributing to an inclusive, growth-focused culture that supports both children and staff. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood development standards. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for young children. Observe and document children's developmental progress and communicate with families. Maintain open, professional communication with parents and guardians about child development and daily activities. Implement classroom routines, behavior guidance, and positive reinforcement strategies. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide events, programs, and initiatives. Participate in ongoing professional development and training offered by Kinder Care.
