We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum
• Create engaging lesson plans that promote the intellectual and social development of children
• Provide a safe and supportive learning environment
• Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development
• Manage classroom activities and ensure a structured daily routine
• Utilize effective behavior management techniques
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with preschool-aged children
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to develop and implement creative lesson plans
