About This Role As a Lead Teacher, you will run the daily activities in the classroom, plan lesson activities, and guide your teaching team. You will help young children grow mentally, socially, emotionally, and physically by keeping them safe, engaged, and learning every day. You will also build strong relationships with children, guide assistant teachers, and communicate clearly with parents.

Keep Learning:

Take ongoing training to improve your skills and professional knowledge. Requirements At least 1 years of professional experience working with children. High energy and a positive, team-first attitude. Good communication skills (written and spoken) and basic computer skills. Strong understanding of child development and good leadership skills.
