Reports to:

The Boss (a.k.a. Director) What You'll Really Do Teach, play, sing, dance, and sometimes referee epic crayon battles. Create lesson plans that make kids smarter and tired (a win-win). Chat with parents daily without telling them their kid ate glue (again). Keep track of attendance, reports, and tiny humans who move faster than Wi-Fi. Change learning centers, decorate bulletin boards, and basically moonlight as an interior designer. Handle the occasional glitter explosion like a pro. Show up on time, caffeinated, and ready to roll. Tools of the Trade CPR/First Aid skills (you're basically a superhero). ND Safe Sleep knowledge (yes, even nap time has rules). A big heart, quick reflexes, and the ability to lift 50 pounds (toddlers do get heavy). Schedule & Perks Open Monday to Friday — enjoy your weekends OFF (because self-care matters ).
