The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. In this role, you'll create a playful, safe, and engaging classroom for children ages 1-3 years, guiding them through important milestones with patience and creativity.
What You'll Do:
Work beside the lead teacher in implementing fun, age-appropriate activities that support learning through play Follow daily routines that include learning activities, art, songs, stories, and outdoor play Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members Encourage independence, self-help skills, and kind friendships Keep the classroom clean, organized, and safe Track developmental progress and communicate with families
What You Bring:
A genuine love for infants and a calm, cheerful attitude Experience working with young children (education or child development background a plus) Reliability, creativity, and great teamwork skills CPR/First Aid (or willingness to get certified)
