We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has a passion for early childhood education and child development. Enjoys being active, engaged, and present with children throughout the day. Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills. Works well as part of a collaborative team. Is committed to continuous learning and professional growth. Meets North Dakota childcare licensing requirements and can pass all required background checks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, or a Child Development Associate (CDA). Previous experience in an early childhood setting.
