We will provide a safe, healthy environment that is responsive to the cognitive, emotional, physical, and social needs of the children we serve. We will cooperate with, encourage, and support families in their efforts to care for children. We will be an advocate for families and promote developmentally appropriate care for all children. We will encourage the professional development of our staff.
