Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Cornhusker Road learning center to nurture and inspire young children. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging classroom where children explore, learn, and grow through developmentally appropriate activities. You'll plan and deliver lessons, support social and emotional development, and maintain strong, respectful communication with families. Working within KinderCare's inclusive and collaborative culture, you'll have opportunities for professional growth while making a meaningful impact on children's lives every day. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment at all times. Supervise children and support their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and daily experiences. Observe and document children's milestones and developmental needs. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations and center policies. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support center initiatives. Participate in training and professional development to enhance teaching skills.
