Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Elkhorn center to nurture and educate young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will design and deliver developmentally appropriate activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. You will create a warm, inclusive classroom, maintain health and safety standards, and build strong relationships with families through regular communication. As part of a collaborative team, you'll participate in ongoing training and enjoy opportunities for career growth while making a meaningful impact on children's early learning journeys. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children to ensure safety, wellbeing, and positive behavior. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and daily activities. Document attendance, incidents, and developmental milestones. Collaborate with colleagues to support center-wide programs and events. Implement health, safety, and licensing standards at all times. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
