We are looking for a 2 lead baby room teacher, lead 3 year old teacher, Assistant 4 year old teacher and lead/assistant toddler teacher. Duties Supervise children during play, learning activities, meals, naps, and transitions to ensure safety at all times Implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, including preschool and toddler care routines Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity and exploration Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and daily experiences Follow mandated reporting laws by promptly reporting any concerns regarding child safety or well-being Assist with classroom management strategies to support positive behavior and social skills development Administer basic first aid or pediatric first aid when necessary to address minor injuries or health issues promptly Support children with special needs by adapting activities and providing inclusive care in accordance with individual plans Skills Proven experience working with children in daycare centers, preschools, or similar settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Strong child supervision skills combined with excellent behavior management techniques Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to foster a collaborative environment Familiarity with mandated reporting laws and child safety protocols Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Certification in first aid and CPR (Childhood First Aid) is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified Classroom experience in early childhood education settings is advantageous Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for nurturing young learners Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication helps shape bright futures!
