The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a safe, nurturing environment for them to thrive. Duties
  • Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate and educate children
  • Assist with meal preparation, feeding, diapering, and cleaning
  • Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
  • Implement behavior management techniques when necessary
  • Provide basic first aid when needed Experience The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
  • Previous experience in childcare, nannying, or childcare settings
  • Knowledge of childhood development and age-appropriate activities
  • Familiarity with infant care, toddler care, preschool care
  • Ability to manage children's behavior effectively
  • Required Trainings:
    Safe With You, Prepare to Care, First Aid, CPR
  • All employees must be fingerprinted and submit the required background checks per Nebraska state licensing requirements.
