Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers to join our Falcon Ridge KinderCare learning center. In this role, you will create engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that nurture each child's curiosity and growth. You will ensure a safe, inclusive classroom, closely supervising children and promoting positive behaviors. Teachers build strong relationships with families through ongoing communication about each child's progress. At KinderCare, you'll collaborate with supportive colleagues, access ongoing professional development, and enjoy opportunities to advance your career in early childhood education. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment Supervise children and ensure adherence to safety standards Observe and document children's developmental progress Communicate regularly with families about child progress and needs Collaborate with teammates to support center goals and programs Implement curriculum and adapt activities to individual needs Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization Participate in professional development and training Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations Required Skills Early childhood education Classroom management Lesson planning Child development knowledge Curriculum implementation Behavior management Parent communication Child safety and supervision Observation and assessment Basic computer skills
