Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster learning and creativity. Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment for all children. Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents on their development. Engage with families to build strong relationships and encourage their involvement in the learning process. Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions among students. Provide care and support for children's emotional and physical needs throughout the day. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Proven experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with parents and team members. First Aid/CPR certification is highly desirable.
