With locations in multiple communities, we provide high-quality care and education for children from 6 weeks to 6 years old, fostering growth, curiosity, and a love for learning. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and passionate Early Childhood Teacher / Infant care/Childcare Teacher / Preschool Teacher/ PreK teacher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will create engaging lesson plans, support childhood development milestones, and cultivate a positive classroom atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire young learners and help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional growth. Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children of various ages, including toddlers and preschoolers. Use effective behavior management strategies to foster positive interactions and support children with special education needs or early intervention programs. Plan lessons that incorporate Montessori methods or other educational philosophies to enhance learning experiences. Engage with children through tutoring, storytelling, and hands-on activities that promote childhood development and early literacy skills. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any behavioral or welfare concerns. Maintain accurate records of classroom activities, assessments, standardized testing results, and individual child development plans. Experience Prior classroom management experience working with young children in daycare or preschool settings. Demonstrated ability to develop creative curricula tailored to diverse learning needs. Experience with special education strategies or early intervention programs is a plus. Familiarity with teaching physical education, literacy education, math instruction, and classroom management techniques. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and families. Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
