Job Summary:
- Holy Cross Early Childhood Center (HCECC) is looking for an experienced Early Childhood Lead Teacher 15
- 20 hours a week. We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, team-oriented Lead Teacher who is patient and passionate about making a difference in the lives of our students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and education, with a focus on creating engaging and educational experiences for young learners.
Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and nurturing learning environment that promotes exploration and discovery
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to encourage positive interactions among students
Experience:
- 18 ECE/EDU credits or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting
- Familiarity with curriculum development and assessment techniques
- Experience in behavior management strategies for young learners
- Understanding of special education principles is a plus
