  • Job Summary:
  • Holy Cross Early Childhood Center (HCECC) is looking for an experienced Early Childhood Lead Teacher 15
  • 20 hours a week. We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, team-oriented Lead Teacher who is patient and passionate about making a difference in the lives of our students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and education, with a focus on creating engaging and educational experiences for young learners.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Create a safe and nurturing learning environment that promotes exploration and discovery
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs
  • Utilize effective behavior management techniques to encourage positive interactions among students
  • Experience:
  • 18 ECE/EDU credits or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting
  • Familiarity with curriculum development and assessment techniques
  • Experience in behavior management strategies for young learners
  • Understanding of special education principles is a plus
