Available Positions Lead Teachers Associate Teachers Child Care Assistants (No experience required - we are happy to train motivated candidates!) Schedule Options Full-Time Part-Time Age Groups Our teachers work with children from infants through Pre-K , providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where every child can grow and thrive. Responsibilities Create a warm, positive, and inclusive classroom environment. Build strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers. Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom. Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff. We're Looking for People Who Are Passionate about early childhood education. Patient, dependable, and nurturing. Positive team players with strong communication skills. Eager to learn and grow professionally. Qualifications & Requirements Experience in child care or early childhood education is preferred for Lead and Associate Teacher positions. We are willing to train enthusiastic Child Care Assistants with a genuine love for working with children. All applicants must successfully complete a state-required fingerprinting and comprehensive background check before working with children. Within 90 days of employment, employees must obtain: Pediatric First Aid and CPR certification. Completion of all required Health and Safety online training courses. A required health screening/documentation. Must be able to meet all additional state licensing requirements.
