We are dedicated to providing a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for children from 6 weeks to 6 years old, fostering their growth and curiosity through innovative programs and caring staff. Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will inspire young learners, implement developmentally appropriate curricula, and create a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes early childhood education. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help shape the foundation for children's lifelong learning journeys. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and social-emotional development. Manage classroom activities effectively through strong classroom management and behavior management techniques. Support children's developmental milestones by applying knowledge of childhood development, special education needs, and early intervention strategies. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to communicate children's progress and address individual needs. Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and progress reports in compliance with childcare regulations. Assist in curriculum development tailored to diverse learning styles, including toddlers care and preschool experience. Skills Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings or daycare environments. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management, and classroom management techniques. Expertise in curriculum development across various domains such as literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate standardized testing preparation when appropriate. Excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with children, parents, and team members. Experience in working with students requiring special education or early intervention support is a plus. Familiarity with childcare regulations, preschool experience, private school environments, and toddler care practices. Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
