Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Early Childhood Center Director to join our vibrant educational community. In this pivotal role, you will support the overall management and leadership of our early childhood education programs, ensuring a nurturing, compliant, and enriching environment for young learners. Duties Assists in daily supervision of staff; keeps director apprised of staff concerns and situations needing attention; provides performance appraisal input to director. Assists with staff scheduling, recruitment efforts, interviews, and the hiring process. Assists with enrollment inquiries, follow-up and academy tours in order to increase enrollment. Develops a strong working knowledge of Kiddie Academy® Philosophy, Mission, Core Values, and programs in order to communicate same to current clients, prospective customers or other community entities. Develops and actively maintains positive communication with parents. Assists in recognizing parental concerns, evaluation of the course of action and responding professionally to parents' needs. Assists in training staff to plan and implement developmentally appropriate classroom activities. Support faculty in delivering engaging instructional leadership and facilitate ongoing professional development opportunities. Collaborate with admininstrative team to develop and manage budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet program goals. Lead community outreach efforts to enhance program sustainability and expand service offerings. Oversee daily school operations, including staff supervision, compliance with legal regulations, and maintaining educational quality standards. Supervise classroom activities and personnel management to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children and staff alike. Qualifications Proven experience in school administrative leadership within early childhood or K-12 settings, with a strong background in education administration. Extensive knowledge of curriculum development, instructional leadership, and childhood development principles. Demonstrated success in managing budgets as an executive education administrator and overseeing personnel management in educational environments. Familiarity with legal requirements related to early childhood education, special education law, and educational compliance regulations. Strong skills in strategic planning, customer service, and team leadership to motivate staff and engage community stakeholders. Experience facilitating professional development for school staff and conducting faculty evaluations. Classroom teaching experience in early childhood or elementary settings is highly desirable. Pay:

$45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
