In this role, you will be responsible for supporting efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to operate various warehouse equipment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to streamlined distribution processes and ensure timely delivery of products to customers worldwide. Duties Assist with the receipt, inspection, and proper storage of incoming shipments using warehouse management systems and RFID scanners. Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items accurately in accordance with customer specifications. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload goods efficiently. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry into inventory management software and ERP systems. Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping documentation, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies to uphold inventory accuracy. Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and proper packaging procedures are consistently followed. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall operational efficiency. Assist with order processing using order picker tools and RF scanners to ensure timely fulfillment. Support trade compliance initiatives by adhering to customs regulations and documentation requirements. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is advantageous. Basic math skills for counting, measurements, and data entry accuracy. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment is desirable; certification is a plus. Knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and load & unload procedures. Strong understanding of warehouse operations including stocking, packaging, order fulfillment, and shipping & receiving processes. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies such as RF scanners or MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer service interactions. Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and trade compliance standards.
