• Overview
• We are seeking experienceed Lead Teachers to join our team for our infant, toddler, and preschool programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing learning environment for young students.
• Duties
• Implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for preschool-aged children
• Develop and Implement lesson plans that focus on physical education, math, and other childhood development areas
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and socialization
• Manage classroom activities and ensure a safe and structured learning environment
• Conduct individual and group tutoring sessions as needed
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience
• Experience
• Previous experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children
• Strong classroom management skills
• Proficiency in creating and implementing lesson plans
• Knowledge of childhood development principles
