Job Description
- Overview
- We are seeking experienceed Lead Teachers to join our team for our infant, toddler, and preschool programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing learning environment for young students.
- Duties
- Implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for preschool-aged children
- Develop and Implement lesson plans that focus on physical education, math, and other childhood development areas
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and socialization
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a safe and structured learning environment
- Conduct individual and group tutoring sessions as needed
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience
- Experience
- Previous experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children
- Strong classroom management skills
- Proficiency in creating and implementing lesson plans
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
