Our CPR and First Aid Certified teaching staff work in a warm, supportive environment with small teacher-to-student ratios, ensuring personalized attention and a focus on developmental growth. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that foster early childhood learning and social-emotional growth. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help lay a strong foundation for our toddlers' future educational journeys while ensuring a safe, nurturing classroom environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum tailored for toddlers, incorporating literacy education, physical activities, and creative play Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective behavior management and classroom management techniques Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through personalized interactions and guidance Plan and execute lesson plans that promote childhood development milestones, including language skills, motor skills, and early math concepts Maintain open communication with parents about each child's progress, needs, and achievements Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including proper childcare procedures and child welfare standards Collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive environment that supports children with special education needs or early intervention requirements Skills Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and classroom management strategies Experience working with children in daycare or preschool settings, especially with toddlers Proficiency in curriculum development, lesson planning, and literacy education techniques Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies beneficial for toddler care Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members Ability to manage behavior positively while fostering independence and curiosity in young learners Knowledge of standardized testing practices related to early childhood assessment when applicable Join us in shaping the future by inspiring young minds!
