  • Full-time Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team working with our contracted public school partners.
The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages young children to explore, learn, and grow. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early educational experiences of children, focusing on their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and promote literacy education. Create a safe and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration. Educate children in various subjects, including physical education, through interactive activities. Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies. Conduct standardized testing as required to assess children's progress and development. Provide individualized attention to each child, ensuring their unique needs are met. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate children's progress and address any concerns. Participate in curriculum development to enhance the educational experience for all students. Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning and creativity. Skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Experience working with young children in an educational setting. Knowledge of toddler care principles and practices. Ability to manage classroom behavior positively and constructively. Familiarity with literacy education techniques and curriculum development processes. Background in physical education is a plus. Proficient in creating engaging activities that cater to various learning styles. Applicants MUST have one of the following: New Jersey Instructional Certificate
