Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment for infants and toddlers, fostering their growth and development through innovative teaching strategies and personalized care. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire young children to explore, learn, and thrive during their foundational years. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early childhood development, literacy, and social-emotional skills. Provide attentive toddler care, including feeding, diapering, nap times, and health monitoring. Apply classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and independence. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns. Incorporate child development instruction principles to support physical activity, cognitive growth, and emotional well-being. Manage classroom routines efficiently while adhering to mandated reporting laws and health safety protocols. Use behavior management strategies to guide children's social interactions and resolve conflicts constructively. Requirements Prior experience working with children in early childhood settings or daycare environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of childhood development stages, special education needs, early intervention strategies, and behavior management techniques. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to organize lesson planning tailored for infants and toddlers. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training in child welfare and safety standards is a plus. We also can provide CPR/First Class. Ability to work collaboratively within a team of other teachers.
