•East Brunswick is seeking a caring and energetic Early Childhood Teacher to join our 2-year-old classroom. Two-year-olds are building language, independence, confidence, and social skills at an incredible pace. We're looking for a teacher who can provide the structure and nurturing support young children need while turning their natural curiosity into meaningful opportunities to learn, play, and grow. Key Responsibilities Support daily routines and learning experiences for children around 2 years old Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum Engage children through art, music, movement, sensory play, stories, and hands-on activities Support language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development Encourage independence, self-help skills, and positive peer interactions Assist with meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, outdoor play, and transitions Maintain consistent classroom routines and positive guidance Observe children's development and maintain required classroom documentation Build positive relationships and communicate regularly with families Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership Follow New Jersey childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous daycare, preschool, childcare, or experience working with young children preferred Experience working with toddlers or 2-year-olds is a plus CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus Patient, nurturing, dependable, and energetic Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements What We Offer Competitive pay of $17
