We're looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate educator who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences and building meaningful relationships with children and families.

Position Details Full-Time:

8:30 AM-5:30 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00

PM Pay:

$18-$20/hour, based on education and years of experience

Classroom:

Preschool Experience:

3-5 years in a preschool or childcare setting preferred

Education:

4-year degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred What You'll Do Implement the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum through engaging, age-appropriate activities Lead and manage the daily classroom experience while maintaining a positive, structured environment Support each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Create a classroom that encourages curiosity, creativity, independence, and confidence Observe and assess children's developmental progress Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators Participate in parent-teacher conferences, evaluations, staff meetings, training, and school events Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom Follow all health, safety, and regulatory requirements Most importantly, make learning fun while helping children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn!
