KinderCare is seeking a dedicated Teacher for our Upper Elementary School program. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging lessons that support academic achievement and social-emotional growth for elementary-age children. You'll create a safe, inclusive classroom where each child feels valued, while building strong partnerships with families. Collaborating with colleagues, you'll help refine curriculum, maintain compliance with safety and licensing standards, and participate in ongoing professional development within KinderCare's nurturing, growth-focused culture. Responsibilities Plan and deliver standards-aligned lessons for upper elementary students. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. Assess student progress and adjust instruction as needed. Communicate regularly with families about student development and classroom activities. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and enrichment activities. Maintain accurate records, reports, and student documentation. Support children's social-emotional development through positive guidance. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and licensing regulations. Participate in professional development and training. Contribute to Kinder Care's inclusive, nurturing school culture.
