Overview Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Preschool Aide, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a nurturing, engaging, and supportive environment for young learners. In this role, you will work closely with lead teachers to implement educational activities, support classroom management, and foster the social and emotional development of preschool children. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on children's early learning experiences while gaining valuable classroom experience in a dynamic educational setting. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers with lesson planning and implementing curriculum tailored to early childhood development standards. Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for children. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote literacy, math skills, social skills, and emotional growth. Help monitor children's behavior using positive behavior management techniques to encourage cooperation and respect. Collaborate with teachers to track developmental progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians. Support daily routines such as snack time, restroom breaks, and outdoor play to ensure smooth transitions throughout the day. Requirements Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or educational support roles is preferred, but not mandatory. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members. Ability to assist with classroom management and behavior guidance strategies.
