The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and supportive environment for young children. This role involves working closely with infants and preschool-aged children, ensuring their safety, development, and well-being while promoting positive learning experiences. Responsibilities Supervise and engage with children in a safe and stimulating environment. Assist in the daily care routines of infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and nap time. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery space to ensure a healthy environment. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs. Foster social skills through group interactions and playtime. Requirements Experience working in a classroom or daycare setting is preferred. Familiarity with infant care practices and experience caring for young children is essential.
