The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children. The Teacher will work closely with parents and staff to ensure each child's needs are met and their potential is maximized. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their development. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Provide care ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience for all students. Support children with special needs or disabilities through tailored instructional strategies. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Experience A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Previous experience working in preschool settings or daycare environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques is essential. Experience with special education or working with children with disabilities is a plus. Background in caregiving roles such as nannying or babysitting can be advantageous.
