Become a WOW Head Teacher! Love snuggles, soft lullabies, and helping little ones hit their very first milestones? We've got the perfect spot for you! Since opening our doors in 2008 in Southwest Hoboken, World of Wonder Childcare Center has grown into a joyful, supportive space for children, families, and educators. With three thriving locations, we're now looking for a Head Teacher to lead our Infants/Pre-Toddlers' Classroom with heart, structure, and a whole lot of love.
Position:
Full-Time Head Teacher
  • Infants/PreToddlers Schedule:
    7:30 AM
  • 4:30 PM or 9:30 AM
  • 6:30 PM (must be flexible for either shift in the first year)
Requirements:
CDA, AA, or BA in Early Childhood or related field (required) At least 2 years of classroom experience with infants or toddlers CPR & First Aid certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days) Leadership skills and strong understanding of developmental milestones

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and lead daily routines, lessons, and care tailored to infants Build strong bonds with babies and their families Observe and track development; share insights with parents and the team Maintain a warm, organized, and clean classroom Ensure health, safety, and licensing standards are consistently met Mentor classroom assistants and model best practices
