Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our educational team. This role is essential in fostering a positive learning environment that encourages student growth and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in classroom management, lesson planning, and curriculum development, with experience in working with students of various ages. A commitment to child welfare and the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues is crucial. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Manage classroom dynamics to create a safe and productive learning environment. Provide individualized tutoring support to students as needed. Foster positive relationships with students to promote their academic and social development. Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum development and teaching strategies. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and parents regarding performance. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessments. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices. Requirements CPR certification or willingness to get certified. Proven experience in classroom management and effective teaching methodologies. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff. Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting. Knowledge of Montessori principles is a plus but not required. Ability to create inclusive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs. Commitment to child welfare and fostering a supportive learning environment. Relevant educational qualifications in teaching or related fields.
