You will be responsible for implementing our infant/toddler curriculum that promotes social, emotional and physical development in each child.
Job Description:
  • Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for infants
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for infants to learn and grow
  • Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in each child
  • Use effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment
  • Monitor and assess infants developmental progress, providing feedback to parents/guardians as needed
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience Implement early intervention strategies for children with special needs or behavioral challenges
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working with infants/toddler is a preferred- 3 years
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively manage behavior and promote positive discipline techniques
Education:
High school or equivalent (Required) Preferred Child Development Associate (CDA) certificate
