Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Toddler Teacher to inspire and nurture the young minds in our care. As a Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for guiding children through their early developmental milestones while fostering a joyful atmosphere that encourages discovery and socialization.

Responsibilities:

• Implement age-appropriate curriculum for young children
• Plan and conduct engaging lessons and activities that promote learning and development
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to support the child's educational needs
• Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing feedback and guidance as needed
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and other relevant information

Requirements:

• CDA or Associates' degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
• Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques in a preschool setting
• Ability to lift children upto 40lbs
• Work schedule is Mon-Fri, full time only 40hrs a week

Pay:

From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
