Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Kenilworth center, providing high-quality early childhood education and care. In this role, you will create engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans, nurture each child's social, emotional, and cognitive growth, and maintain a safe, welcoming classroom. You will partner closely with families, communicate children's progress, and uphold state licensing and KinderCare standards. Responsibilities Create and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment at all times. Supervise children and manage classroom behavior using positive guidance. Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families. Communicate regularly with parents about child progress and daily activities. Follow Kinder Care policies and state licensing regulations. Observe, document, and report on children's development and milestones. Collaborate with center staff to support a cohesive learning environment. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Support center events and family engagement activities as needed.
