We are looking for an educator who understands the unique needs of toddlers and can create a safe, structured, and engaging classroom where little learners can grow, explore, and thrive. Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate toddler classroom Plan and implement engaging, hands-on learning experiences Support language, social-emotional, physical, and cognitive development Maintain consistent classroom routines, including meals, diapering/toileting, nap, and transitions Use positive guidance and age-appropriate classroom management Maintain a clean, organized classroom and follow all health, safety, licensing, and ratio requirements Communicate professionally with families and build positive relationships Work collaboratively with co-teachers and school leadership Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 2 years of toddler classroom experience preferred Early Childhood Education degree or coursework preferred Strong understanding of toddler development and classroom routines Dependable, punctual, patient, and consistent Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Benefits & Perks Medical insurance Paid time off & paid holidays Childcare discounts Professional development & CEU opportunities through Goddard Systems University Supportive leadership and classroom resources Opportunities for growth and advancement Full-Time & Part-Time positions available.
