KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers to join our Wall KinderCare learning center. In this role, you will create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom where young children can explore, grow, and thrive. You will design developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional and cognitive development, and maintain open, positive communication with families. Working within a collaborative and inclusive culture, you'll participate in ongoing training, contribute to a supportive team environment, and help shape a strong educational foundation for every child in your care. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children and manage classroom behavior positively. Build strong, collaborative relationships with families through regular communication. Observe and document children's growth and learning milestones. Support social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning. Collaborate with center staff to uphold Kinder Care standards and licensing regulations. Maintain accurate attendance, incident, and progress records. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Follow all health, safety, and licensing policies and procedures.
