Toddler Classroom Teacher Job Description Responsibilities:
Implement daily lesson plans that align with the developmental needs of children ages 3 and 4 Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to grown and learn Observe and document developmental progress and communicate with parents regularly Adhere with standards and safety regulations as established by the State of New Jersey Requirements and Skills Minimum Child Development Associate (CDA) Minimum 2 years Early Childhood teaching experience Patience, flexibility and love for children Strong communication skills Strong work ethic Team player Required Skills and Abilities- Good oral and written communication skills
- Physically able to carry out the duties of a teacher of young children
- Willingness to undergo supervision and training
- Ability to adapt to different assignment or program changes
- Must be reliable Requirement for All Child Care Center Employees Must be willing to submit to and pass necessary fingerprinting and background checks in accordance with New Jersey Child Care licensing requirements.
