Job Summary We are seeking passionate and dedicated Lead Infant and Toddler Teachers to join our nurturing educational environment. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning atmosphere for infants and toddlers, fostering their growth and development through structured activities and play. Weekly lesson plans are provided. Duties Customize and Implement school provided proprietary curriculum that promote childhood development. Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Supervise and engage with children during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being. Collaborate with other teachers to maintain effective classroom management and behavior management strategies. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns. Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, and any incidents. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols. Qualifications Academic degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred. Experience working with infants and toddlers in a daycare or preschool setting is essential. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create a positive learning environment. First aid/CPR training provided. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members. A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all children.
