About the Role Are you energetic, creative, and passionate about early childhood development? Gymboree Play & Music, Pine Brook is seeking fun, lively, and reliable individuals to lead small-group classes for children ages 2 to 5 years old. In this role, you will bring our internationally recognized curriculum to life through purposeful play, music, and interactive learning, while building strong relationships with both children and their parents.

What You Will Do Facilitate Interactive Classes:

Lead age-appropriate play, music, and movement activities for children aged 2 to 5 in a small-group classroom setting.

Execute Lesson Plans:

Deliver engaging activities using Gymboree Play & Music's established, proven curriculum.

Customer Care:

Greet families with warmth and enthusiasm, deliver excellent customer service, and create a welcoming environment for both kids and adults.

Sing & Engage:

Lead dynamic group activities, including singing traditional and children's songs tunefully.

What We Are Looking For Childcare Experience:

Background working with children from newborn to 5 years old preferred.

Vocal & Performance Confidence:

Ability to sing children's songs clearly and tunefully in front of a group.

Group Leadership:

Strong group facilitation skills with an outgoing, gregarious, and enthusiastic personality.

Customer Service Mindset:

Personable, team-oriented, and passionate about working closely with parents and caregivers.
