Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Certified Teacher Preschool to inspire and nurture young learners in a dynamic early childhood education environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards and developmental milestones. Foster a safe, welcoming classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and classroom management strategies. Engage children in activities that support childhood development, including literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and social-emotional learning. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and developmental needs through regular updates and meetings. Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and child welfare policies to maintain a safe and healthy environment. Maintain detailed classroom records, lesson plans, attendance logs, and incident reports as required by licensing standards. Experience Prior classroom experience working with young children in preschool or daycare settings is preferred, however not mandatory. Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and classroom management best practices. Familiarity with mandated reporting laws, child welfare policies, and health & safety procedures such as first aid and CPR certification. Proven ability to communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and community partners to support child welfare and educational goals. Previous experience teaching physical education or implementing early intervention programs is a plus, however not mandatory. Pay:

$24.27 - $29.23 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
