Job Title:
Head Teacher (Full-Time or Part-Time) About the
Role:
A well-established private preschool and daycare center is seeking an approachable, focused, and team-oriented Head Teacher for a Full-Time or Part-Time position. This role reports directly to the Preschool Director and actively participates in weekly and monthly leadership meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily classroom activities, team building, and mentorship. Ensure strict adherence to all NJ State regulations for Child Care Centers. Build strong rapport and maintain positive relationships with parents, children, and staff members.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field with at least 1 to 2 year of management/supervisory experience, OR a Master's degree in Education or Business.
State Licensing Knowledge:
Must be well-versed in NJ State Child Care Center regulations.
Key Skills:
Excellent leadership, and relationship-management abilities.
Commute:
Ideal candidate lives within a 30-minute commute of the center.
Compensation & Schedule:
Schedule:
Full-Time or Part-Time (Half-Time) available.
Pay:
Competitive, based on experience.
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
