Job Description
Overview We are seeking a caring and loving Relief Teacher to join our dream team! This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, optimistic, and inspiring educator to join us in our community. You will bring a creative touch and caring attitude to our passionate team of early childhood education professionals who make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families in our community. We seek to fill a full-time position immediately with an enthusiastic individual who will collaborate with the Lead Teachers to create a welcoming learning environment. Responsibilities Collaborate with lead teachers to develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to infants, toddlers, and preschool students. Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children. Foster communication with parents regarding child development and progress. Support children's emotional and social development through structured play and activities. Monitor and assess individual student needs, adapting teaching methods accordingly. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space, ensuring all materials are age-appropriate and accessible. Qualifications children's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field Strong classroom management and childcare skills Experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children Proficient in curriculum development and lesson planning Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with children and parents Knowledge of childhood development and behavior management techniques Join us in making a difference in the lives of children by providing them with the tools they need for success!
