This is a 5-day position. 8-5. Responsibilities Ensure the health and safety of a class of three-year-old children, while supporting their social and emotional growth. Work as part of a team and help guide assistants with daily responsibilities. Plan lessons and activities that adhere to our center's curriculum and goals. Communicate with parents about their child's progress. Adhere to school policies and all State of NJ childcare center laws Experience working with toddlers and early learners. Able to keep up with the physical demands of the job, such as picking up children, standing for long periods of time, and reacting quickly in a fast-paced environment. Responsible, reliable, and on time. Excellent communication skills with both children and adults. Flexible and team-oriented. Education Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
